Dre is of Wankangurru, Adnyamathnha, Kuyani, Luridja, Deiri, Yankunyjatara, Cook Island and Maori descent. He has been involved in broadcasting at Umeewarra Media since 2013, expanding his involvement to include Umee TV, Umee Stories and presenting the Port Augusta NAIDOC News as well as providing guidance to young people and organisations. Dre has been an asset to Umeewarra Media, running DJ workshops, school excursion talks and the MoZzi X Inkatja Show multimedia cultural experience at the Adelaide Fringe Festival. Dre always has fresh ideas and comes at everything from a youth perspective.
